SUMMARY:UIDP London Forum 2023
DESCRIPTION:UIDP London 2023 will convene research and partnership professionals from academia\, industry\, and government to examine the future potential impact of national laboratories in the research landscape.\n\n\n\n National laboratories or public sector research establishments play an important role in the global science\, research\, development\, and innovation landscape. They conduct scientific research\, develop technology and test prototypes\, and serve as technical experts; for government agencies\, they also serve as science policy advisors. But the perception of these entities and the value they bring to the innovation ecosphere is not always clear. UIDP recently commissioned a study examining key emerging trends and challenges related to national labs across six countries and their efforts to strengthen links with partners in academia and industry.
