Twice a year, the UIDP partners with its member institutions to host General Meetings.
These meetings are designed to share knowledge through presentations, panel discussions and workshops; advance the UIDP’s Project activities at dedicated Project working group sessions; provide networking opportunities; and showcase high value U-I collaboration in real-world settings through presentations, tours and site visits.

Following the meeting, the UIDP is hosting a UIDP Academy Workshop on contracting issues between universities, industry, and DOE national laboratories. The workshop is suitable for new and experienced national lab, university and industry negotiation practitioners who want to improve their ability to prepare and manage collaborative research agreements.
