UIDP Webinar: Bayer’s B4U Program

The Bayer University Mentoring Program (B4U) is a global one-on-one mentoring program that engages university partners and contributes to the development of the next generation of scientists by offering participating students soft-skill coaching and career-development advice. Through the program, Bayer builds long-term relationships with its partners to deliver on the joint mission of “Health for All. Hunger for None.” With over 380 mentees from 27 partner universities in North America, B4U aims to help develop the science industry workforce internationally through collaborative engagement and programming.

This webinar offered an opportunity to hear directly from B4U mentors and global program leads about their experience with the program and the benefits of collaborative workforce development initiatives.

The webinar was opened to UIDP member and nonmember representatives.
