Please use the direct link from the webinar login page on the UIDP website. Click on the session link to enter the webinar. You can also go to www.joinwebinar.com and enter the meeting ID and password.
My computer audio isn’t working/I can’t hear the speaker(s)
Please check your computer speakers to ensure the volume is all the way up. If you still can’t hear the webinar, call the webinar dial-in number.
My firewall won’t let me access the webinar
Because you are registered for the conference, you can access the webinar recording on demand in about a week.
The webinar isn’t working/screen is locking/slides aren’t moving
Please exit the webinar and re-enter it using the direct link from the webinar login page on the UIDP website. Click on the session link to enter the webinar.
